Free wedding photo-sharing printables

A little sign.
Everyone's perspective.

Give guests a clear invitation to share their wedding photos. Make a reception sign or table cards with your actual Threvu event QR, then print or save as PDF. The sign tool is free; your event's plan and photo allowance are separate.

Start with the right QR.

  1. Open your own event dashboard. Copy its guest link and download the guest QR PNG. If you need an event, create your wedding event and follow the setup guide.
  2. Upload that QR below. Add your wedding name, choose a layout and paper size, and scan the preview on a phone. Check the event name on the guest page. A demo QR or organizer link is not a guest invitation.
  3. Print one test copy. Open the print view or download the HTML print file. Use your browser's Print / Save as PDF, then check the finished sign in reception lighting. Open collection when you are ready for guests to upload.

Your existing dashboard also has Print QR code for a quick event card. This resource gives you wedding wording and two additional paper layouts without changing your event or its QR.

Make a sign for your wedding.

Reception: one portrait sign on US Letter or A4. Tables: two 5 × 7 inch cards on one landscape sheet, ready to cut and put in holders. Keep the original QR's white border; do not crop it.

Print at 100% scale with no browser headers/footers. Reception signs use portrait; table cards use landscape. Scan a printed copy before making more.

Add your event name, upload its QR and confirm the scan test to enable printing.

For the welcome table

“Share the moments we missed. Scan to open our private wedding gallery, then tap Add photos. No guest app or account.”

Use this when guests arrive and have a moment to read. Add the event name so they can check they joined the right wedding.

For guest tables

“Celebrate. Snap. Share. Scan the code and add a photo you have permission to upload. Please keep the link within our guest list.”

Keep it short enough to read between conversations. Avoid promising a fixed number of uploads unless that matches your event's settings.

Make it easy to see, read and scan.

  • Use a few thoughtful spots. Put the reception sign near the welcome table, and a table card where seated guests can reach it. Avoid busy doorways, low light, glare from plastic holders and a crowded bar counter.
  • Keep the QR sharp. Use the original downloaded PNG, dark ink on white, and the full white border. These layouts use a 3-inch reception QR and a 1.8-inch table QR. Scan at the expected distance before deciding how many copies you need.
  • Test the finished print. Print at 100% scale, choose the matching paper and orientation, and turn browser headers and footers off. Table cards have a cutting border. Ask another person to scan a copy with a different phone.
  • Give a fallback and a human contact. You can print the matching guest link below the QR. Tell guests who can help if they cannot scan or connect. Guest uploads need internet; a printed sign does not make the gallery work offline.
  • Coordinate the invitation. Ask your DJ to make one short reminder when collection is open. The wedding DJ guide includes a script and a practical moderation handoff for a reception screen.

Before you make the full stack.

Can I use a sample or demo QR?

Use the QR for your actual event. Demo links open a sample experience and will not collect photos for your wedding. This tool provides no generic QR and keeps printing disabled until you upload an image and confirm the scan test.

What exactly downloads?

A self-contained HTML print file with your chosen layout, event name and QR. Open it in a browser, select Print / Save as PDF, and choose US Letter or A4. The file contains your private guest QR, so share it only with people helping with your event.

Does making a sign start the event?

No. Preparing a QR or print file does not open collection. Use Start Event on the dashboard, or configure automatic start and end times. Check the event's dates and allowance before inviting uploads.

Do I need a paid plan or a reception screen?

The sign tool is free. A screen is optional; guests can share in the private gallery on their phones. Your event still has its own guest/photo limits and access dates. Compare the current event plans.
