What is included in the venue plan?
Up to 12 events each billing month, up to 150 participants per event, all core Threvu features, downloads, a usage view, and Stripe billing management.
What if we need a thirteenth event?
The plan never adds a silent overage. Use the normal one-time event purchase or contact support for a higher-volume arrangement.
What if one event needs more than 150 participants?
Purchase the appropriate one-time event tier for that event or contact support.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Already activated events and completed albums remain available.
