Accessibility.

Made to include everyone.

1. What we design for

  • semantic headings, landmarks, labels, status messages, and meaningful control names;
  • keyboard operation, visible focus, logical reading order, and usable touch targets;
  • responsive layouts, browser zoom, readable contrast, and text that is not embedded in essential images;
  • reduced-motion preferences and alternatives to motion-only meaning;
  • descriptive photo text where the product has enough context to provide it safely; and
  • errors that identify the affected field and do not erase valid work.

2. Event content and venue displays

Guest photos and comments are supplied by users, so their accessibility can vary. Organizers control venue screens, sound, placement, lighting, moderation, and alternative event communications. Threvu does not promise that every user-supplied image conveys its visual content to a nonvisual user. Organizers should provide event-specific assistance or an alternate way to participate when needed.

3. Known practical limits

Camera and photo-library controls depend on the browser and operating system. QR codes require a compatible camera but are never the only route: the private event link may also be opened directly. Live projection, rapidly changing reactions, and user-supplied content may be difficult for some people even when reduced motion is enabled. We continue to test these paths and prioritize barriers that prevent account, payment, event, moderation, upload, and album tasks.

4. Get help or report a barrier

Use the support form and choose Accessibility help. Tell us the page or task, device, browser, assistive technology if you wish, and the result you needed. Do not disclose a diagnosis or other sensitive medical information. We will acknowledge the request, investigate, and offer a reasonable alternative when practical. Keep the returned reference for follow-up.

5. Changes

We update this statement as the service and testing change. The version and effective date appear above. Accessibility feedback does not waive any right or remedy available under applicable law.
