A guest contributor is an event participant who can upload. Returning in the same browser uses the same participant; another browser or device can count separately. The limit counts contributors, not invitations or people viewing the screen.
Collection mode shares the total photo allowance. Optional Three-shot mode limits each contributor to three accepted photos within that same total. Accepted photos already used still count after removal or upgrading. At either limit, new uploads pause; accepted photos remain viewable and downloadable within their access window.
